What is trauma? What is healing? Will CranioSacral Therapy help me? Three very common and great questions! The answer is … it is different for everyone! We have all experienced some sort of trauma throughout our life, whether physical or emotional, we all need healing of some level and CST is definitely an option worth exploring. While we all respond differently to life’s experiences, it’s simply a matter of finding the resources and modalities that work best for YOU! And that’s where I come in.

I am so excited to meet you! My name is Wendy Human, I am a professional CranioSacral Therapist, wife & mother of 4 adult children. I have a strong passion for healing and helping others achieve their full potential including helping YOU discover alternative sources for restoring YOUR Health and Wellness.

My personal testimony of debilitating migraines brought me to the doorstep of CranioSacral Therapy. The relief I felt was worth millions to me. Then, life threw some more interesting healing needs where I learned there is a wealth of knowledge available out there to help direct one to improving their own health. One of my favorite testimonies is when I was on the way home with my daughter after her appointment (she was 7 at the time), she said "Mom I don't feel angry anymore". To have someone at that age immediately recognize and acknowledge the difference in how they felt was profound to me. And so my path of becoming a CranioSacral Therapist was born. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on form of alternative healing that is worth exploring for you to....
