My skills

Sarah is a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) where she graduated from the International School of Body Work in San Diego, Ca. She has studied with many masters of different healing modalities and given thousands of hands-on client therapy hours. In addition, she has studied many hundreds of hours of specialized course studies with The Upledger Institute and clinic for CranioSacral Therapy. CST).

Sarah focuses on meeting each client's individual needs to deepen relaxation and restore their balance of body, mind and spirit. Sarah says, My personal goal is to help others feel good by relieving stress, tension and pain. All parts of the body and psyche are connected and I use a wide variety of modalities to help my clients rediscover the feelings of abundant physical and spiritual health that they have often been missing in their lives. Her clients say, Sarah has a wonderful calm energy and Magic in her hands and touch.

Sarah discovered Cranial Sacral work after the birth of her son when he experienced acute pain and discomfort with ear and equilibrium issues. She sought help for her baby and found it with a practitioner of CranioScaral. Today her son is a 16 year old and has never had an ear ache since then. She was so fascinated by the healing possibilities that she became a practitioner of the science in order to help others.
