About Me
My Story
My first exposure to CranioSacral Therapy came years after I experienced a traumatic brain injury. It was then and is still the least invasive and most impactful healing modality I have experienced.
Fascinated by the interconnected nature of mind and body, I became a Certified Massage Therapist to deepen communication and restore balance between the two. Bodywork helps us move into the present, connect to our bodies, and heighten our perception of the physical experience. CranioSacral has helped so many heal on a more profound and lasting level than other forms of therapies. I am continually amazed and impressed by the intuitive nature of this work.
My Training
I specialize in massage therapy, eastern healing modalities and CranioSacral techniques. I trained at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, California, completing the 500-hour massage therapy program. I have studied with The Upledger Institute over the past 4 years, and continue to take classes across the country to expand my learning across a variety of topics.
