I have been practicing for over 20 years on the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia. I started out my practice in Lunenburg and Liverpool and enjoyed working in both of those picturesque communities. After getting married I moved my practice to Martins Point NS where I work out of my house on the ocean. It is my passion to help heal people, when someone comes into my treatment room with an illness, injury, chronic pain or condition that has been plaguing them for a short time or more likely for years and I am able to facilitate healing of the problem it is extremely rewarding. I have dedicated my life to the health care field and find that with the addition of Craniosacral therapy I am able to do so much more then before. This modality is truly amazing, with the lightest of touch, minuscule pressure and the finest of movements the results are astounding. I have seen people with debilitating pain leave almost completely pain free after only one treatment. It is with this method of treatment that I have had the most extraordinary results. I can not wait to continue in my journey with Craniosacral Therapy.

I have been practicing for over 20 years with my main focus in deep tissue massage. I have taken many continuing education courses including, Myofascial Release, Quantum Touch, Suikodo, and most recently CranioSacral Therapy Levels 1 and 2, SER1 and CSCN for the cranial nerves. as well as some more online courses through Upledger Institute. In my treatments, I use all of my skill sets and knowledge in a combination to give a well rounded treatment. Lately I have been focusing on Craniosacral Therapy as I find it to be so very powerful. The results that I am able to achieve are truly exciting.
