Manual Pathways Physical Therapy, LLC

About Me

Since graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2004, I have honed my skills through training with the Upledger and Barral Institutes, mastering unique and potent manual therapy interventions that target concealed impairment pathways.

As a certified Craniosacral Therapy Techniques (CST-T) practitioner, I combine Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation, and Neural Manipulation to effectively identify and treat hidden tissue dysfunctions. This approach has proven particularly beneficial for individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain due to conditions like whiplash, temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJ), neck and low back pain. Those who experience cervicogenic headaches often find relief through this light touch and intuitive manual therapy.

By focusing on the Vagus and Phrenic nerve restrictions within the cervical, thoracic, and abdominal regions, manual therapy can significantly impact the autonomic nervous system (ANS). Patients frequently report enhanced overall wellness and pain after sessions, with improvements in sleep quality, anxiety reduction, increased respiratory diaphragm mobility aiding inhalation and exhalation, and reduced headaches and nausea. This focus on the ANS is particularly helpful for those suffering from long covid, dysautonomia, migraines, and other related conditions.

My passion lies in aiding patients to find pain relief and improved functionality through manual techniques, pinpointing and addressing often-missed areas of dysfunction and impairment that previous therapies or medical management may not have resolved.

I firmly believe in the importance of movement and exercise for a healthy lifestyle. As a Physical Therapist, I provide education and guidance on specific exercises tailored to each individual, following specialized manual therapy interventions. This ensures patients can achieve and maintain optimal mechanics and posture, essential for a vibrant, active life.
