Sarah graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences with a degree in Massage Therapy. After obtaining her New York State license in 2002, she has been using her skills in Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, Medical Massage, and Sports Massage in various work environments. These include volunteering at a non-profit organization, helping medical caregivers, Sports Clubs, Medical Spas, and Chiropractic and Physical Therapy clinics. Meeting New York State requirements, Sarah has continued to further her skills through the years with Continued Education Courses.
Sarah's studies of CranioSacral Therapy techniques at the Upledger Institute has been invigorating and inspiring to further support each person's process of self-healing. Sarah enjoys combining Eastern and Western modalities in all her therapy treatments.
