About Me
Amanda (Andrews) Hatfield began her spiritual and holistic path as a young child who could easily see and sense Angels. She had an innate ability to connect with others, make them smile, and always see their hidden potential.
Her grandfather had a stroke in 1982 and began seeking alternative therapies, such as reflexology, to compliment the traditional medicine. She always had a fascination with her hands, even as a baby, and would practice what she saw from the therapists on her family and friends. She learned that the body can heal itself and discovered a desire to assist others in this self-healing.
Prior to her massage education, Amanda was introduced to intuitive energy bodywork through Reiki and Healing Touch. She became a Reiki Master and holds a certificate in Healing Touch Level III through the Colorado Center for Healing Touch. She felt a familiar comfort to these spiritual wellness modalities that fit perfectly with her deep connection with Spirit.
She graduated from S.H.I. Integrative Medical Massage School and obtained her license from the State Medical Board of Ohio in August 2003. The following March, she became nationally board certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She continues her education in wellness and has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education, which she incorporates into her sessions.
In the Spring of 2021, she began her education in CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release from the Upledger International Institute and became Certified in Techniques in the fall of 2022.
Along with her business partner at Sacred Journeys, she enjoys teaching classes and workshops that focus on empowering the mind, body, and spirit connection (stress management, sound healing, somatic exercises, Reiki, Munay-Ki, Human Design, Gene Keys, and more!)
Amanda encourages her clients to fully step into their own power of healing... to move beyond the physical symptoms and release anything that is holding them back from living a more FULL-filling life!
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to National Park sites across the US with her husband and studying esoteric and holistic teachings that can assist her growing both personally and professionally.
