About Me

I have been interested in massage and kinesiology since I was a teenager in high school. After graduating, I worked at a gym, where I was certified as a personal trainer. From there I went on to practice in various unrelated fields from lifeguarding to recreational stone refinishing. I started receiving sessions, myself, in 2019. With both Thai Massage and Craniosacral Therapy, I experienced significant shifts in my range of motion and in the pressure in my head. From there I began my study of touch-based therapy.

I've been studying Ortho-Bionomy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and integrative massage for a few years now, and I work with integrating what I know of subtle tissue manipulation and caring touch that best supports a client where they are. I am continually expanding both my knowledge base and sense of touch. This is my passion.

I also offer packages 5/250

At Good Medicine Massage, my rates are between 165 and 180/HR

Here we have access to spa treatments, music, and a different, warmer ambience.
