About
Patricia has been involved in the PT profession since 1988. She received her PT degree from Howard University’s prestigious Physical Therapy program. Patricia is experienced in various settings, including orthopedic, geriatrics, acute care, and pediatrics. She has a specialty in the 0-3 population and has been certified in hands-on modalities specifically oriented towards treating the patient as a complete entity (mind, body, and spirit). She is versed in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Muscle Energy, Myofascial Release, SomatoEmotional Release,Trigger Point Dry Needling and a variety of pediatric techniques.Patricia is a Physical Therapist and has a private practice in Bethesda, Maryland. She has worked with Montgomery County Infants & Toddlers Program, Georgetown University Hospital,and a variety of rehabilitation facilities. Patricia also is a visiting therapist at the Upledger Institute and is a Study Group leader for Craniosacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation. She is currently a member of the IAHC and APTA. In addition to her PT degree, Pat has a BS in Physical Education from Long Island University in New York with a specialty in elementary education and a MS in Physical Education from Montana State University.
