About Me

My introduction to CranioSacral Therapy came about during the search for drug-free solutions to a Special-Needs child's challenges. The profound changes observed after a series of therapy sessions convinced me of the modality's effectiveness, eventually leading me to become a practitioner myself.

Having worked with a wide range of people from infants to Seniors - suffering from an equally broad array of issues (Torticollis, Tongue-tie, ADHD, Concussion, PTSD, Infertility, Parkinson's, post-surgical fascial dysfunction, etc.) - I never cease to be amazed at the effectiveness of holistic bodywork that draws on the client's own self-healing mechanisms, accessed and facilitated by the therapist.

To become a better listener, I strive to still my own mind through daily meditation practice and regular mindful exercise. As an advanced CranioSacral therapist, I augment my learning several times a year through both the Upledger and Barral Institutes workshops, such as CranioSacral Therapy for Conception, Pregnancy and Birthing and Brain classes, higher-level Visceral & Neural Manipulation seminars and most recently, Visceral Vascular Manipulation.

I am active as a teaching assistant for several levels of Upledger CST seminars as well as Barral Visceral and Neural Manipulation classes. Participating in four Intensive Therapy Programs as a support therapist has given me valuable insight into group/multi-hands treatments and the accelerated healing opportunities these provide.

My practice continues to evolve, integrating the anatomical specificity of J.P. Barral's osteopathy-based work to significantly increase the effectiveness of a CranioSacral approach to manual therapy and I feel profoundly grateful to Drs. Upledger and Barral for sharing their life's work with all of us.

Above all, my goal is to be a practitioner who truly listens to her clients' body messages, honoring the integrity and non-invasive approach of this work while facilitating it with compassion, anatomical specificity and trust in palpation skills.

Advanced, Board-Certified manual therapist.
Techniques-level certified in CranioSacral Therapy
Completed 5 levels of Visceral Manipulation, 5 levels of Neural Manipulation, as well as Upper-body Vascular Manipulation training.
Current interests include Dr. Bruno Chikly's Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Brain Curriculum.
Certified Advanced Biofield Tuning Practitioner
