About Me

M.A. Human Development 1997 B.A. Psychology/Spanish/Foreign Studies 1987 LMT Minneapolis School of Massage 1983. Part of Maureen's work and research has been to combine psychology and bodywork. As a result, she has come to understand more clearly the fusion between mind, body, spirit and soul. She believes that we as individuals need to take responsibility for our bodies, our minds and our hearts if we are to significantly improve our lives. Our spirits are as intimately connected to our bodies as are our thoughts. At the core of her work is the concept that healing begins within. Maureen has spent the last thirty years studying, teaching and practicing healing and bodywork. Her primary mode of healing is CranioSacral therapy. She has also studied healing and massage techniques from around the world, from ancient to modern - Esoteric healing, Tai chi, Spring Forest Qigong, Chinese medical massage, Thai massage, and psychic development.

My Skills

Multipe two-week preceptorships completed in at the Upledger Brain & Spinal Cord Institute. CranioSacral therapy through advanced III level. Teacher of Intro. to CranioSacral therapy, ShareCares and Overview of CranioSacral Therapy for 20 years with the Upledger Institute. Study Group leader in Atlanta, GA for 20 years. Maintained a private practice for over 30 years.
