About Me
Liz is a Physiotherapist working in Sydney Australia. She has in-depth experience in many fields of Physio, including the acute hospital setting, cardiorespiratory and Intensive Care and womens and men’s health. She has worked extensively with performers and crew in theatre and film, including Disney’s “The Lion King” and “Where the Wild Things Are”.
She has supervised Physiotherapy students and graduates and lectured for undergraduate courses at National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA)and CCAHS Critical Care nursing. She has presented lectures to medical, nursing, musical education, physio and pilates instructor audiences.
She has a keen interest in and continues to study and assist with the teaching of Barral’s Visceral and Neural Manipulation techniques and is currently studying Integrative Medicine and Visceral Anatomy at Sydney University. Her patients' present issues range from traditional musculoskeletal and movement issues to organ issues such as digestive, respiratory and gynaecological pain and dysfunction.
