Unity of Three Massage and Bodywork

Hello!  I have been a massage/manual therapist since 1999, and I am a Diplomate craniosacral therapist. A great deal of my early experience was in more direct manual therapies like deep tissue massage, sports massage, structural integration, and I completed the full-body active release (ART) coursework.  Since 2016 however, I have chosen to shift my learning focus to more subtle body modalities instead. My craniosacral path has encompassed studies at IPSB San Diego with Dottie Post, Breath of Life Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Giorgia Milne in Berkeley, and most recently the Upledger Institute. While each system has its own strengths and beauty, I ultimately chose to focus on the Upledger path since it offers a solid foundation of anatomy and technique while simultaneously allowing for the more intuitive, energetic, and "technique-less" applications as well.  Recently, I have also begun studies in the Barral Visceral Manipulation program.

I usually offer a blend of direct manual therapy and CST/VM depending on what my clients are presenting with and what their goals are.  I also do focused direct manual therapy, CST or VM sessions on request.
