Irvine Osteopathic Fitness Study Group

I am Dr. Kang Sol. I was born in Korea. I majored in physical education as an undergraduate. I wanted to study sports medicine in more depth, so I got a master's degree in medicine at Kangwon National University College of Medicine. My major is anatomy. I also got a doctorate from Kangwon National University College of Medicine. I gained clinical experience while working as an interim employee at the Sports Medicine Department of Samsung Seoul Hospital in Korea. After that, I worked as a personal trainer at the fitness center of Shilla Hotel Bant. After that, I started a business and managed it for 10 years. I currently run the Irvine Osteopathic Fitness Study Group in Irvine, California, and I provide personal training and massage therapy.

I started learning craniosacral therapy through a DO in the United States in 2009.

I started taking training at the Barral Institute in 2018. I am a scholar who is very interested in exploring the human body and is learning diligently.
