About Me

When first discovered CranioSacral therapy more than 10 years ago I didn't understand it all, I only knew it worked! The pain and dysfunction I struggled with seemed to melt away with my visits to a CranioSacral therapist. I referred all my friends and family to her as well, and they had similar results! I was working as a registered nurse at the time, having graduated from nursing school in 2006. After spending 8 years as a full time ER nurse I realized that although western medicine has many wonderful capabilities, it seemed to be lacking when dealing with chronic pain and illness. At the prompting of my CranioSacral therapist, I took my first CranioSacral class in 2014 and fell in love with the practice. In 2018 I graduated from HealthWorks Institute in Bozeman, MT as a Licensed Massage Therapist so that I could further pursue CranioSacral therapy as a profession. I absolutely love CranioSacral therapy and truly enjoy sharing the experience!
