I began my study and practice of CranioSacral Therapy in 2011. Since then it has become a larger and larger part of my professional life and personal interest. CranioSacral Therapy interacts with the central nervous system. Because of this and its emphasis on honoring the whole person to facilitating a renewing experience from our core with the guidance of our inner physician, I find that CranioSacral Therapy has the potential to help people heal in vast ways (not even limited by the capabilities of our imagination.)

My passion for this work has led me to become an instructor for the Upledger Institute. The sparks of wisdom that Dr. Upledger left for us have lit flames in many. It’s my privilege to carry and share the light from a very special fire.
