About Me

Constance Mayer Perretta is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Somato Emotional Release (SER). With 23 years of experience, clients of all ages and backgrounds seek the benefits of her techniques in manual therapy. Connie's training in CST, SER, CST for Pediatrics, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Brain Therapy, Healing From the Core: Full Body Presence, Massage, and Body Alchemy of Relational Neuroscience; Treating Trauma and Abuse, and recently added Visceral Manipulation Therapy offer a comprehensive and individualized approach to address the unique needs of those who seek to be champions of their own healing journey. Connie seeks to create an environment where self healing can be enhanced through mindful attention and a safe, relaxed atmosphere.

My Skills

Constance Mayer Perretta received her CST/SER training through the Upledger Institute and is certified in CranioSacral Therapy, certified as a CST Teaching Assistant and taught Share Care Classes and CST study groups, in addition to assisting at the Upledger Clinic in Florida. Connie's training was in the Chickly method of Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, and Brain Therapy, and now with the Barral Institute for Visceral Manipulation. She received Massage training at the Swedish Institute in NYC and training in the Alexander Technique with Marjorie Barstow and Bruce and Martha Fertman.
