About Me

After battling with chronic fatigue and exhaustion for many years, I turned to holistic health practitioners for help. With the help of many talented hands, I connected with my inner physician and release dis-ease from my body to overcome my debilitating illness. I now work with others that have the same desire to create their own healthiest self. 

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in CranioSacral therapy. In addition, I am a certified in lymphatic drainage, foot zoning, cupping, reiki, and as a master health coach. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
