My professional journey started as a massage therapist in 1983.

I have always been interested in what makes the body and mind tick, and digging down to find the underlying reason for disfunction, not just putting a band-aid on the symptoms.

I started by going on my own journey to find remedies for my own health challenges. It has been a long and informative road. I have discovered things that I use in my practice to help you walk differently through your life, not just be more relaxed when you get off the table.

Ahna Weston is an experienced massage therapist and has been working in the Phoenix valley for over thirty years. Her specialties are therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Cranial Release Technique, Bach Flower Remedies and RainDrop Therapy. She has a massage license from Westwind Academy, and has national certification in CranioSacral Therapy. She is trained in Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, meridian therapy, pregnancy massage, CranioSacral Therapy I and II, and Advance CranioSacral Therapy. She is also trained in SomatoEmotional Release I and II (part of the CranioSacral curriculum), has taken the Supporting the Compassionate Heart course and has experience in Emotional Freedom Technique. She has also had experience with basic lymph drainage and visceral manipulation (working directly with the organs).
