About Me
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy at Northwestern University in 1986 and a Masters degree in Natural Health in 2002 . Through both programs, I gained a strong foundational understanding of how the human body works and its amazing capacity to grow and heal. I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy while at at Northwestern. I knew at that time that I wanted to learn more about this system of the body. I was acutely injured two days before attending my first CST course in 1998 and because of that, I felt things changing in my body in a very vivid way. That experience changed the way I practiced as a PT. I continued to learn and have specialized in CST since that time. I work with all patient populations, but I especially enjoy working with pregnant women, newborns and children. As passionate as I am about CST, I know that there are many effective modalities that facilitate healing and I have continued to add new 'tools' to my knowledge and skill base. These include: manual lymphatic drainage, MFR, Gua sha, EFT, essential oils, homeopathic remedies and lactation consulting. I love teaching and feel very blessed to be able to share this work with clients on an individual level and with students in a class setting.I recently moved from Texas to Utah where I am fulfilling a longtime dream of working along side my son in his chiropractic office as an independent contractor.
