After I graduated at age 21 in 1971 as a physical therapist, I furthered my studies via continuing education:
I am also very interested in the systemic work of Bert Hellinger and the workshops he developed regarding family constellations.
Since graduating in 1971, I was working full time in the former Mary Foundation in Haarlem;
From 1974 to July 1, 2011 part-time at the St. Lucas Andreas Hospital in Amsterdam. In recent years I held in the hospital also has the function of counselor and I was a member of the company's care team; Since 1979 I work in my own practice as Manueeltherapeut and after completing training as well as CranioSacral Therapist ;
In addition, I served 10 years in the outpatient clinic for chronic pain patients at the Academic Medical Centre in Amsterdam and I along with my colleague Marlies Buck I have worked for 6 years doing CranioSacral Therapy treatments at the Upledger Institute in Doorn.
Since 1996 I am an Instructor at the Upledger Institute Netherlands Doorn (training CranioSacral Therapist) and internationally as a teacher at the Upledger Institute International.
