About Me

Reverend Shiva Merritt is member of the Upledger family since 1990 and the CEO of AaH! Relaxed Body L.L.C. (AARB). Livicated to global community wellness, pain management, and education, AARB provides Advanced Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) Flower Essence Therapy and Holistic Alternative Psychology Services, to individuals, families and organizations. Trained as a Traditional Birth Attendant (TBA) Shiva has a specialized practice in CranioSacral Therapy for newborns and pediatrics.

Since the beginning of her career in 1985 as a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), and presently a Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner (HAPP), Shiva has been known for delivering an integrated approach to health and therapeutic care, treating the total being, spirit, mind, body, leading to self responsibility and empowerment. Shiva developed "Wellness Remedy" a series of CST, natural healing classes and community dialogue that has lead to Community "Wellness Circle" an experiential, active, hands on wellness training exploring Energy Between 2 hands, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Aikido Walking Stick Techniques. Reverend Shiva teaches with her partner Dr. Anta Anthony Merritt (Aikido Instructor 4th degree) both Members of the International M.I.N.D.S. Association, Minds Inspired New Dynamics System of Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioners.

My Skills

Born with an unfused sacrum (tailbone), Shiva gravitated to a CST practice as a chiropractic assistant, treating the structural health of the whole being and minimizing the effects of gravity on the body. Trained by Doctor John Upledger, founder of the Upledger Institute, Shiva utilizes CST to provide Electromagnetic Energy and Chakra / Aura Field Balance. Shiva teaches Ten Step CST to parents and caregivers of those with special needs locally and globally. Shiva has produced several educational videos, titles include Energy between 2Hands, Stone Speak 2: Language of the Petroglyphs, Spas Save Your Holy Lalibela.org and 33 Articles of Ethiopian Lalibela Art.

Shiva and AARB established SPAS Lalibela Ethiopia Project in 2002 with Save Your Holy Land Association sylalalibela.org, a Non Government Agency In the Holy City Of Lalibela, Ethiopia. Sacred Place And Sanctuary (SPAS) Project Lalibela is building its first CST Wellness education and travel lodge accommodations providing cultural and economic exchange in Africa.
