My journey in the Healing Arts began in 2010 as a massage therapist. Through this journey I became interested in CranioSacral therapy and have completed CranioSacral Therapy I &II, SomatoEmotional Release I & II, SomatoEmotional Release Technique: Mastering the Inner Physician, CranioSacral Therapy Touching The Brain 1; CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics 1, plus CST and Working with Chronic Depletion with the Upledger Institute.  Also completed Visceral Manipulation (VM) 1 and 2 with the Barral Institute  Since adding CranioSacral therapy (CST) to my practice, I have received surprising results with this treatment. For example, near elimination of migraine headaches, and pain relief for serious spinal conditions eliminating the need for pain medications for long periods of time. I became fascinated with Dr. John E. Upledger's techniques and successes in his book "Your Inner Physician and You : Craniosacral Therapy" and highly recommend everyone read this book to become familiar with what his treatments offer.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the CranioSacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CranioSacral therapy encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance health and resistance to disease. The CranioSacral therapy practitioner uses a light touch to facilitate the natural rhythmic waves of fluid within the CranioSacral system. It's often possible that the evaluation alone will remove restrictions and allow the system to correct itself.

My practice also includes Therapeutic massage and bodywork services of Orthopedic massage, and MyoKinesthetic System (MYK),. My practice is treatment-oriented focused on your overall well being. My aim is to facilitate your healing process to relieve pain, improve muscle balance, reduce your stress and relax your mind and body. I am committed to working with you to achieve your goals of health and wellness while promoting healthy lifestyles and exercise. As I grow in this field, I am finding the body an amazing and wondrous creation. The wide variety of clients' conditions offers interesting challenges and continuous learning while solving issues through their treatment plan.
