About Me

 I am a licensed and nationally board certified massage therapist and private practice owner with over 40 years of clinical experience.  My goal is to help people to improve their quality of life by blending therapeutic and energetic techniques based on my client's needs.  

My specialties include craniosacral, lymph drainage, visceral and neural manipulation therapy as well as energy balancing, reiki, external qi healing and therapeutic qigong. I have trained with the Upledger, Chickly and Barral Institutes.  My diverse skillset is ideal for the complex patient.   

The combination of these modalities benefit clients with musculoskeletal disorders, digestive issues, pain, physical and emotional health, just to name a few.  Private sessions are also available in therapeutic qigong and yang style tai chi chuan.
