About Me
Bobbi Wade started her private practice more than 30 years ago to treat special-needs children with speech and language difficulties. Over twenty years ago, in her desire to increase the number of therapeutic tools at her disposal, she began incorporating CranioSacral Therapy into her practice. At that time, she also began treating adults using CST. Today, she works with infants, children, and adults to address their unique needs using a large variety of treatment modalities.
Early in her practice, Bobbi began a learning process that continues to this day. She learned the importance of looking at the whole body to find what treatment methods could best make a difference. Some of the treatment methods she has learned include Neuro-Developmental Treatment, Sensory Integration, Masgutova Reflex Integration, feeding disorders and their treatment, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Brain Curriculum, Healing from the Core, Educational Kinesiology, and Brain Gym. She also works with other professionals including physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists (especially Kelly Dorfman), and developmental optometrists (vision therapy) to provide resources to treat the whole body.
Bobbi is the President and Co-owner of Heartwind, Inc. She has presented and consulted both nationally and internationally for both CST and SLP, often teaming with other professionals, to help educate audiences about the benefits of a whole-body approach to treatment.
