About Me

Shirdelah Espiritu, B.S. Physical Therapy '98 from Our Lady of Fatima University, Manila, Philippines. Trained as a Massage Therapist in Brunei Darussalam from 2004. Work as a Behavioural Therapist in S.M.A.R.T.E.R Autism Spectrum Disorder Centre, Brunei in 2006-2009.

Pursue her passion and passed the Licensure Exam from Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan in 2018. Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist in 2019. Been working a lot with kids and all ages so she was eager to learn more and studied Craniosacral Therapy (CST1, CST2) to broaden her skills.

Shirdelah has set up her own clinic, YXE De-Stress Therapeutic Massage in her humble home. And she was able to help her clients using a holistic therapeutic massage modified individually according to their needs.
