Rebecca Flowers is a world class instructor for CranioSacral Therapy specializing in pediatrics. Rebecca began her avocation when she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Suma Cum Laude from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986. She then established the first Pediatric Occupational Therapy outpatient rehabilitation program at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Subsequently in her groundbreaking work as a school Occupational Therapist, Rebecca, utilizing both CranioSacral Therapy and Sensory Integration, established the first alternative Occupational Therapy clinic in Indiana where she employed physicians, nurses, P.T.'s, O.T.'s, and MT practicing CST, SI, and other complementary techniques. She was asked by Dr. John Upledger to join the Upledger Institute Clinic staff and to become an instructor in 1998. Over the course of her tenure as staff therapist at the UI Clinic, Ms. Flowers has participated in the Upledger Foundation's Intensive Programs for Vietnam Veterans, the treatment of caudal conjoint twins with Dr. Upledger, and has served as Co-Director of Clinical Services. She has presented at the International "Beyond the Dura" research conferences numerous times.

Ms. Flowers holds specialty certifications in the administration and interpretation of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests by Sensory Integration International and Specialty Certification in the Treatment of Pediatrics by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

She is an alumnus of the Advanced CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation workshops, as well as the Lymphatic Drainage workshops. She has extensive training in pediatric Myofascial Release, Positional Release and NDT, and in Healing Touch and Esoteric Healing through the International Network of Esoteric Healing. She also has training in Mechanical Link and Interactive Metronome, and advanced training in Therapeutic Listening.

Ms. Flowers has lectured nationally and taught both nationally and internationally on subjects such as CranioSacral Therapy, Sensory Integration and bio-energy techniques. Along with her clinical practice with adults and children, she developed and teaches Clinical Applications of CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release for Pediatrics for The Upledger Institute. She revised the CranioSacral for Pediatrics(CSP)1 in 2005, and has gone on to develop and teach CSP2 and Sensory Integration for CranioSacral Therapists. In addition, she is an examiner for the UI CranioSacral Therapy Certification Programs, both Techniques and Diplomate, and has taught the Examiner Certification class for instructors.
