Natalie Bledstein

I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Art and Occupational Therapy. In over 20 years as an Occupational Therapist, I have worked in custom seating and mobility systems, in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitative settings, in birth to three programs, in schools, and in private practice clinics. I have benefited from expert mentorship in both Sensory Integration and Craniosacral treatment techniques, and have achieved advanced certifications in these areas through extensive post-graduate coursework and study. Scaffolding an activity for a child to experience success during a "just-right challenge"; partnering with an adult client in a craniosacral session along their wellness journey; helping parents understand their children a little differently; these and much more bring me joy. Supporting students and colleagues in growing their skills by sharing this work as a certified Upledger Instructor and as a mentor in the Upledger Mentorship program are also very rewarding.

Since establishing Journeys Occupational Therapy LLC in November of 2013, I have worked with individuals from newborn to 88 years of age. Over the course of my career I have assisted people with migraines, post-concussion, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, tethered oral tissues, colic, learning disabilities, autism spectrum diagnosis, sensory processing differences, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, developmental delays, Alzheimers or other dementias, and more. Multiple-hands treatments (two or more therapists working with you simultaneously) are available on a limited basis. Please call with any questions.
