About Me
Welcome!
I am passionate about CranioSacral Therapy (CST)!
Our amazing bodies are designed to be in ease. Injury and
unresolved emotional energy can be stored in our bodies. We experience this in physical
ways, such as pain, tension, inflammation, and limited mobility. CST techniques invite your body to self-correct, release areas of constriction or restriction, and to
remember ease.
I first experienced CST when my baby received this therapeutic touch. When I felt how her body felt when she remembered ease, I was amazed! I desired to remember ease in my own body!
My Skills
I have a background in physical therapy. I graduated with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota in 2010. As a physical therapist, I practiced at a skilled nursing facility, an acute care hospital, and a pediatric outpatient clinic. During my physical therapy education, I was amazed at the wisdom of my mentors’ hands. I became passionate to know my own inner wisdom and the power of my well-intentioned touch. I completed CranioSacral Therapy 1 & 2 training with the Upledger Institute International in 2023. Now I choose to share this tool with you!
As a CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner, I will use a light, hands-on therapeutic touch that invites your central nervous system to calm and allows your whole body to self-correct, releasing any areas of restrictions to remember your own ease.
During your initial evaluation, together we will discover what your goals are for yourself and how CranioSacral Therapy can support you to achieve your goals. Following your initial evaluation, you will receive a written follow-up of my therapeutic observations and professional recommendations for your care.
During a CST session, clients will remain fully clothed while comfortably laying on a treatment table. I will place my hands on specific areas of your body to evaluate your craniosacral rhythm and to identify areas of restriction. With a gentle and light therapeutic touch, I will invite your body's inner wisdom to release restrictions and enhance the quality of your craniosacral rhythm.
Currently, I am seeing new adult clients.
