I am dedicated to bringing this work out into the world to help provide an environment to assist others in their quest for growth and healing. It has been my passion and sincere pleasure to mentor CranioSacral Therapy practitioners & students at all levels from basic beginners to Advanced Therapists." "CranioSacral Therapy is an amazing form of bodywork, and I appreciate the opportunity to help such a broad cross-section of our society from newborn infants to senior citizens!"  In a CST session, we can feel into the body tissues, which may sometimes feel dense and heavy inside. The touch and support of a CranioSacral Therapist can help enable softening in and around the tension. I know that my years of personally receiving CST have helped me navigate the kind of experiences I shared with my own clients and to help my clients experience more flow and ease.
