I have been a Physical Therapist since 1989. After seven years in the field, I started to realize that there is more to healing the body than just the physical performance. Not everyone recovers to their ultimate potential. When I started exploring body-mind issues, many symptoms relieved themselves over night. I began classes in Lymphatic Drainage and Visceral Manipulation techniques with IAHE and it took me to new levels of treatments with my patients. As I continued to incorporate these methods with more traditional Physical therapy training, my patients healing processes excelled. Over the past few years, I was drawn to CranioSacral therapy and watsu. Both seem to access an even deeper knowing within the individual to assist them with their journey to wellness. Sometimes during a session, more than one method of treatment is called for. It is an honor to be able to provide multiple ways to assist others during their path to health.
