My journey and passion is not only to learn but also to help others heal. My path has opened many doors and I have ventured into a variety of modalities that helped me create an eclectic practice. First and foremost is my passion for CranioSacral therapy and it is here that I open my heart and hands to my clientele.
My personal process is vast I have learned that to help another to heal, one must first heal the self. I believe that a healer or therapist can only take another to the level we have achieved within ourselves.
After years of personal growth work, studying at a 4-year intense program with the 'Pathwork of California', which opened the door to my studies with the 'Upledger Institute' and with the 'Barbara Brennan School of Healing' in Miami, Florida.
I utilize years of hands-on work and bring my talent, high sense perceptions and love of helping others into my healing practice.
Our bodies have an inherent and innate ability to self-heal, I facilitate in this endeavor. I offer a safe environment to support and enhance this process. Utilizing my various skills, I help stimulate the unwinding of chronic holding patterns, trauma or stress, bringing the client to a more balanced, quiet state of being where the body can further its healing process.
